The model was released on November 30, 2023, comprising 155 parts made of high-quality injection-molded plastic. It features a wingspan of 35 cm and includes 35 new parts. The model incorporates unarmored canopies with flat and raised sliding parts of the canopy that can be opened and closed, a 2-blade propeller, an antenna mast, new ducts, an external Type 22 camera, a dual-Pitot head, early-type exhaust manifolds, an instrument panel, and more. Additionally, it comes with a 28-page richly illustrated user manual. High-quality Cartograf decals for three early Spitfire Mk.I models from 1938, 1939, and 1940 are included.
